Welcome to Cloud Healthcare Manager. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a medical practice or healthcare entity to use our Services.

  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2. Services Provided

CloudHealthcareManager.com provides a free, HIPAA-compliant practice management platform integrated with payment processing. Core services include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and appointment management

  • Billing and payment processing

  • Patient record management (EHR)

  • Analytics and reporting tools

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any features at any time.

3. Payment Processing

  • While the software is free for qualifying practices, payment processing services are subject to fees based on interchange-plus pricing.

  • By using our payment services, you agree to the applicable merchant services agreement, rate match guarantee terms, and compliance requirements.

  • Cloud Healthcare Manager may receive a small markup on payment processing transactions.

4. HIPAA Compliance & Data Security

  • Our platform is HIPAA-compliant by design. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect patient data.

  • You, as the medical practice, remain the “Covered Entity” under HIPAA and are responsible for ensuring proper use of patient data in compliance with applicable laws.

  • We act as a “Business Associate” and will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree that you will:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes related to medical practice management.

  • Not misuse, copy, resell, or distribute the platform or its content.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account login credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Cloud Healthcare Manager is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or service interruptions.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete immunity from cyber threats.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].
